7. Conductive Foam

Conductive Foam for EMI Shielding

Soft conductive foam EMI gaskets are ideal for applications that require conformability, excellent cavity-to-cavity EMI shielding, and superior conductivity at low compressive forces.

Conductive Foam is supplied as precision die-cut parts on rolls for high volume assembly. Schlegel Electronic Materials also provides globally supported, automated installation solutions.

Schlegel Electronic Materialsˇ¦ conductive foam consists of either a foil-backed or Knitted/non-woven backed, nickel or nickel-copper plated base polyurethane foam and an electrically conductive, pressure-sensitive adhesive. Both Fire-Rated (UL 94 VO) and Non-Rated foams are available.

Data for Polyurethane foam sandwiched between knitted fabric and Non-woven fabric.
