MYLAR®
Polyester film
MYLAR® TYPE A are tough, general-purpose, slightly
transparent films that retain good physical properties and low shrinkage
over a wide temperature range (-73¢XC - 149¢XC), some have the rough
surface to provide ease of handling, good adhesion, and processibility
make them have frequently used for coil insulation in transformers
and other industrial applications.
Feature
- High voltage endurance
- High temperature stability
- Shock and flections resistance
- Acid-proof and alkali solvent endurance

NOMEX® TYPE 410
NOMEX®
Type 410 is a calendered insulation paper which have superior
property by offering high inherent dielectric strength, mechanical
toughness, flexibility and resilience. NOMEX® Type 410 is the
original form of NOMEX® paper, and is widely used in a majority
of electrical equipment applications. Available in 12 thicknesses
products(0.05 to 0.76 mm) with specific gravities from 0.7 to 1.2,which
is widely used in a majority of electrical equipment applications.

Formex®
Formex®
are flame retardant grades of polypropylene, extruded into
sheet and primarily used for their electrical insulation properties.
Due to the high dielectric strength and low moisture absorption,
they can meet the insulation requirements for most majorities of
electrical equipment applications.
