	Obtained SGS Rohs internal auditors certificate
	A Emei Group bus stop was established at Emei’s front gate
	The first factory in Qiaotou established Government recognized arbitration committee for employee labor disputes
	Extended direct sales services in Kun Shan

2006

	Removal to Dongguan Qiaotou new plant in Feb
	May 12 - Grand Opening of new Dongguan Qiaotou plant
	Our new Emei Shuttle Coach began to offer transportation to and from town center / new factory

2005

	Started Building of Emei Group Headquarters and New production plant with totally over 24000M² industrial complex in Dongguan China
	Established WOFE of Schlegel Electronics Materials Far East, BMC Far East and Emei Components
	Established Emei IPO office to strengthen Emei Group’s purchasing and sourcing power
	New Dongguan Qiaotou plant topped out

2004

	Officially launched the Visual Quality System for total QC Management
	Emei Taiwan with OEM Services established
	Emei Shanghai with Production Plant established
	Joint Venture with BMCI-USA

2003

	Joint Venture with Schlegel EMI USA
	Invested in a new 100 acres production plant in Qiaotou China
	Unify all teams to establish Emei Group for global management & image
	Officially launched the Enterprise Resource Planning System in HK, Dongguan, Shanghai and Taiwan

2002

	DG Production plant acquired ISO 9001 2000
	Became the Preferred Converter of Rogers US

2001

	Established Dongguan Emei Electronics Ltd. – Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise in China
	Distributed more than 30 different brands
	Started production of BMC molding compound

2000

	Staff number reached 50 in Hong Kong, 1,000 staffs and workers in China
	Production site area increased to 5110 M²
	Formally established transformer product division

1999

	Dongguan Production plant acquired ISO 9002
	Set up Shanghai office

1996

	Established Dongguan Kwai Chung Plant and started secondary production of transformers
	Became the Sole Distributor of Thermagon US in the Greater China Region

Established thermal interface Mainland division

Moved to a new 557 M² owned office in New Trade Plaza Shatin

	Emei (Formerly Name as TennMax (HK) Ltd.) was established as a Trading House
	The second product division was established for Schlegel EMI Shielding business
